How much does a corporate event DJ cost?
Corporate packages start at $950 for Essential, $1,350 for Enhanced (the most popular) and $1,950 for Premier. Final pricing varies with venue size, guest count, event duration, the number of sound areas, production requirements and travel.
Can you cover more than one room or space?
Yes. Essential covers one dedicated sound area. Enhanced covers up to two with multi-zone audio, and Premier covers up to three — so music and announcements stay consistent as guests move between a ballroom, cocktail area, lounge or networking space.
Do you handle announcements, awards and presentations?
Yes. Every corporate package includes professional MC work, event cues and announcements, and wireless microphones — so presentations, awards and speeches run on schedule without your team managing the audio.
What kinds of corporate events do you cover?
Company parties, employee appreciation events, networking evenings, holiday parties, awards ceremonies, galas and corporate celebrations, from smaller single-room events up to multi-room venues.
How many hours are included?
Corporate packages include up to 5 hours. Additional time is quoted per event, since corporate schedules vary widely between a two-hour networking reception and a full awards evening.
Do you travel for corporate events?
Yes. Travel is included within 40 miles of East Hartford, Connecticut, then $150 for 40 to 90 miles and $300 for 90 to 150 miles. Beyond 150 miles, or where an overnight is required, travel is quoted with the package.
