Deposit & Payment

• Non-refundable retainer required to secure your date: 25% of total package price

• Remaining balance due 30 days before the event

• We accept major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers

Contract & Guarantee

• All bookings are secured with a written contract outlining services, timeline, and payment schedule

• We guarantee on-time arrival, professional equipment, and a backup plan for gear issues

• If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from performing, we’ll provide an equally qualified substitute or a full refund, depending on the situation

"Leave it to us" (Minimal involvement)

• You give us general direction—style, vibe, do-not-play list—and we handle everything. Ideal if you want a stress-free experience and trust our expertise to read the room and keep energy high.

Collaborative planning (Moderate involvement)

• You provide a must-play list (first dance, parent dances, ceremony songs, special requests) and a do-not-play list. We build the rest of the timeline and transitions with your preferences in mind. We’ll ask about specific moments, age ranges, and audience composition to fine-tune song choices.

Playlists and samples (High involvement)

• You give us detailed playlists for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, or you pick songs for most key moments. We’ll review, make suggestions for flow and mixing, and ensure songs are DJ-friendly for smooth transitions.

Fully custom soundtrack (Full involvement)

• You select nearly every song and sequence; we program the set exactly as requested. We’ll advise on timing and technical considerations (song lengths, fade-ins/outs) and confirm the final order before the event.
